LISTEN UP PEOPLE! I know life sucks right now, I know how you feel and I know your upset, you feel so low, you feel anxious and you feel like there’s no way out. But there is, I promise you there is a way out, you will get better one day! But please don’t harm yourself. If your not a self harmer and are thinking about doing it, PLEASE DONT START! You think your in control of it, but your not, it will get addictive and you don’t want to get to the point where you have to go to the hospital or emergency room for it. Please listen to me when I say this, I know what I am talking about. Self harm is not a game, it’s not funny and once you start you cannot stop. It’s addictive. It releases endorphins which makes you feel good for a brief moment hence why it’s so addictive. But it’s dangerous! Please do not start. There are other coping strategies that work! You can go for a run, a bike ride, do a puzzle, watch tv, listen to music, learn sign language, learn to play an instrument etc. I know it’s damn hard to resist the urges to hurt yourself but trust me when I say this, it’s much easier to resist the urges before you’ve started than it is once you’ve started. It destroys your life and you’ll feel worse. I am here to talk and I want you guys to be okay! Stay strong and I am always here ❤️❤️
